Good guy, great service! Working with Rich was a great experience. (Thanks to a referral from Keith @ North Fort Myers plumbing-another fantastic small business). Rich was very professional, informative and efficient. I was impressed by the effort he made to communicate about our appointment & thankful for the time he took to explain the cause & solution to our issue. Rich is amazing!! Fit us into his schedule to accommodate our emergency. Had an estimate from another plumber that was literally quadruple the amount that Rich charged us! I called Rich on Saturday afternoon after our kitchen sink backed up. He picked up after a couple rings and was ready to schedule then and there. He had availability on Monday at a time that worked for me and was timely in arrival with an employee. He did the work (cleared up a rust block) and did not try to sell me additional service I did not need/could not afford. He charged a flat service rate and left. It was fast, efficient, and cost-effective, which is exactly how most people want it.

Rich and his company took care of a clog I had under my kitchen sink. I had everything moved out of their way and cleaned up by the time the techs arrived. They came in with a small snake, and cleared a clog in the line. Told me that they would recommend "jetting" and sending a camera in the line. I trusted their judgment and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. Am going to tell all my friends and family about Rich and his company

I called Rich's Rooter around 5 pm and reached the voicemail. I left a message and he called back within 5 minutes. Rich came out himself free of charge. Diagnosed my issue in a matter of minutes. After he cleared my line. He then scoped my drain at no extra charge with a color camera and showed me where my issue was. We discussed my options. Instead of trying to sale me on a repipe. Rich gave me a greet deal on High velocity water jetting. Now I will be good for years to come. Have to say he truly cares about helping people in crisis. Thank you Rich from my family to yours!

These guys are the best!!! After a 900 dollar quote from another company, Rich came over immediately and fixed my problem, all for a third of the other quote! I will recommend him all day, quick honest and efficient!!
